For the last 6–7 months, I was suffering from knee pain and was searching for a good physiotherapist. Finally, my search is over. I got a reference for Dr. Rutuja Nikam from one of my friends, and she is truly amazing. Dr. Rutuja Nikam from RehabFlex Clinic came for a home visit, which was very convenient for me. Before meeting her, I thought physiotherapy was only about strengthening exercises. But after starting the sessions, I realized it involves much more. I had told her that I was having pain only in one knee, but during her assessment, she noticed that my other leg also had issues. The best part was that she focused on finding the root cause. My lower body had a lot of tightness, and I was completely unaware of it. She started with release therapy, then gradually included exercises, machine-based rehab, and taping. I was honestly surprised to see how many effective techniques are used in physiotherapy. Within just 8–10 days, I started feeling much lighter and my pain reduced significantly. On the very first day, she assured me that it is completely recoverable, and now I truly feel the same. I’m feeling very positive and confident. I’m really thankful and I’m sure I’ll be able to start my dance again soon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine and effective physiotherapy care!

We had a great experience with Dr. Rutuja from Rehabflex for my father’s brain stroke recovery. Over the 15 days of treatment, she used a variety of techniques including weight training, stepper exercises, and ladder drills for balancing. She also used specialized machines for leg relaxation and facial stimulation to help improve his facial muscles. We saw a very positive effect from this therapy. The only minor issue was the fluctuating timing of the sessions, but the quality of the treatment was excellent. Highly recommended for neuro-rehabilitation

It was a great experience, the team here is highly trained and treat everyone with warmth. From first day’s treatment recovery started and pain is reduced 70-80% in only one session.Suggested exercises are very useful in our day to day life also daily consultations really helps to stop the reoccurrence. I came in with a tight IT band and sharp pain at knee. Had been suffering for nearly a year from intermittent pain. Piyusha mam and her team did an excellent job of not only fixing the pain but giving me a sustainable and long term recovery plan. Within a matter of 5 sessions, I could feel significant improvement. What I liked best about their approach was the personal care and attention that is given to each patient. I have been to other physio clinics in Viman nagar where the attention was less than satisfactory. All in all, one of the best physio clinics in Dhanori. Highly recommended.

I came to Dr. Omkar at his Dhanori clinic with a complaint of chronic shoulder pain. I was in pain for the last five years. Nobody was able to diagnose the root cause of my pain. Even in foreign countries, the physiotherapist would treat me, the pain would subside, and it would again reoccur. However Dr Omkar identified the root cause. After just nine sessions of physiotherapy and chiropractic with him, I am completely free from the chronic pain that had impacted me for the last five years. My entire range of motion has now returned. Dr. Omkar and his entire team of doctors are very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended! I visited RehabFlex Advanced Physiotherapy Clinic in Dhanori with severe lower back pain and took a 7-day treatment. The results have been amazing, and I’ve got very good relief. ​Dr. Omkar Dole is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and very soft-spoken. He takes the time to understand the issue properly. I am experiencing a very good & dedicated physiotherapy sessions with Dr. Ganesh Sir who is helping me with the rehab after my shoulder surgery. Everyday I am going after the session with new confidence and better physical shoulder movement than before.
